I have an old newmark total control. It will not activate with virtual DJ. I don't have the software anymore. This thing is like 12 years old. How do I get it working past the 10 minutes? All I have is a serial number in the back.

The serial is for a very old version of VirtualDJ, or more specifically Cue 5 (that is a Numark branded version of the software).
You need to buy a license to use modern version of VirtualDJ
