While system CPUmeter reports 30% CPU load VDJ reports 100%
(looks like CPUMeter reports global use of a CPU with One core only as a reference)

Finally system reports :
total CPU load 51%
VDJ 2021 b6280 using 30%
and VDJ lagging and reporting 100% CPU load
It takes 3 or 4 times longer to generate stems (CPU mode) compared to previous release (not ea)
but it fail to totally use CPU as it used to (was really using 95% CPU before and not lagging)
