I've noticed when typing on the onscreen keyboard on the Denon Prime 4 that the letters don't respond when the status bar on VDJ says 'downloading' - maybe downloading a cover or something. It's a bit frustrating as it often misses a letter out when typing. I've tested that it's not an issue with the touchscreen, it's definitely only happening when 'downlaoding' is visible.

Can you check if this is still happening if you set coverDownload setting to No (from VDJ Settings->OPTIONS) ?

Hi Djdad - just tried that, but there is still a 'downloading' happening for something while I am typing the letters

From Search options, you can enable "Use online catalogs when no local results" or if you dont care or use Online catalogs, you can disable "search online catalogs".
Could be something related to Denon SDK, we ll try to find out.
Edit, ah i see you re on Mac, so On-Screen-Keyboard is not native (not coming from OS), so there could be some delay there.
