I'd like to map the program. I have the editor but the DLable presets are for version 7 (Name: AKAI LPD8 4 PROGRAMS DEF&MAPPER), and there doesn't seem to be a way to load them. "Open program" shows wants an .lpd8 file and the presets from VDJ are not .lpd8.
Inluded is a screenshot of the editor that doesn't show the load button.
I'd like to map a few things:
1) is there a way to switch one deck to another instead of it activating pads on both decks?
2) even though the pads are currently working, the sliders don't seem to be doing much. it's set to "pad pressure."
3) I'd like the four programs to be stems (with knobs affecting bleed), effects (with knobs assigned to various effects sliders), Sampler, and maybe Keyloops.
How can I do this with just the editor? Or are there other presets I can load? Or is it possible to use the mapper in VDJ to do this?

Use PROG.CHNG then choose Pads 1 to 8 to load a VirtualDJ Pad page. The first 4 are predefined. You can change the pre-defined as described here.. https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/decks/decksadvanced/pads.html#controller and point to a different default or Custom Page.
In your Custom Page, you can assign Pads to do whatever you want.

These links are broken :(. is there a new link for this, i have the same issue with the new LPD8 editor. the previous mappers dont work anymore.
