If you want the encoder to work in reverse order then the script is simple:
param_invert & browser_scroll
If you want something else please explain better what you're after

The real answer is NO, DO NOT DO THIS
but this is one more time "workaroundable" :P
HERE IS NOT A SCRIPT BUT A SET OF BUGS WORKAROUNDS WORKAROUND HACK AND EXPLOITS doing the job with a custom slider :
you may need to select the "songs" page
I guaranty this new hack won't work more than 1or 2 builds just because it was exposed
