I purchased the Mixtrack Platinum FX controller in January, the last month the crossfader has been randomly skipping, I place the crossfader all the way to the left and on my Virtual DJ software it shows the crossfader moving left to right repeatedly and that is the reaction sound I'm getting, as if I'm scratching but the fader is all the way left in a stationary position. Now the volume faders are doing the same. What should I do?

sounds like fader bleed, try compressed air or contact cleaner.
