How to using (connect) DMX on lasers and lights to interact with the sound automatically from virtual dj on a mac book?
I have the following:
IMIX 3D Professional Laser Light - 144RG - DMX512
Hybrid Mushroom - DMX 5 Channels
BeamZ Magic2 Derby with Laser and Strobe - 9 DMX channels

A DMX interface and a lightning software
For tests, cheap interface + freesoftware such as QLC+, freetyler, DMXControl...
VDJ can use OS2L protocol
VDJ Can communicate directly with FreeStyler
An Artnet plugin exist too - experimental, but stable
(I use it for years but I'm also co author)
With ArtNet plugin, ArtNet to DMX can control your devices directly without any software but needs more knowledge in VDJ scripting and Artnet Support
Hybrid Mushroom .... with such devices you may experiment transmission errors (cheap equipment not very efficient)
