Ok let me ask yall something. Im new to scratching but I was wondering if im doing it right. Lets say i have a track cued up at the beginning and I have the crossfader mode on scratch. Ive been practicing on the transformer one. I get that effect while moving the crossfader quickly while scratching but i have to have the volume fader down a bit so the sound doesn't clip right? Ok another problem i have is whenever im done doing the scratch. I have to push up the volume fader then move the crossfader towards the deck that I have cued. Whats the easiest way to get this done? Ive been practicing alot but I was wondering is this how its supposed to be done? I think it has to be a easier way. Ive watched ao many scratch videos. This is complicated but I really wanna learn it.

Not meaning to be rude, but it does need to be said - this is is not a forum for scratch tips, it's a forum for technical issues wrt VirtualDJ.
We don't mind helping if the question is asking how to tweak VirtualDJ to your needs, but this particular question is not about that at all.
More generally, the entire set of VirtualDJ forums are about how to use/improve VirtualDJ, not necessarily how to learn be a better DJ, or how to practice scratching (many people here don't even scratch). There are many other forums/resources dedicated to that...I think you should start looking for those instead of trying to make this forum into that.
