Even though after tons of troubleshooting I found the issue with my new video card and fixed it on my own i just got a response from Leadtek's tech dept and thought you'd all get a kick out of it....
"Dear Customer,
This problem seems like caused by software of Virtual DJ,so we suggest that you can ask the supplier of software to check the optimal system configuration for it.
Or try to test on other's graphics card for cross verification.

Lol :) What was the issue? Was it the hardware/drivers/settings? If it was you should tell them it was actually the graphic card problem, and that their support sux :D
