Can someone tell me why the program will load up and play for about a minute, then disappear?

Sounds to me like your trial version has run out. It only lasts for 20 days and after that it stops after about a minute of playing.

I am having the same problem. I purchased the real version about 2 weeks ago, it works fine when I play songs, but when I play any videos, the program gets not quite 1 minute into it and the program just shuts off. any one know what might be the problem?

Post your system specs and try and describe exactly what's happening.
What video are you playing? Are you using any effects?
