I am a beginner Virtual user, and I cant get the video part to work , can you guys plz help me?

I don't use video myself, so couldn't tell for sure, but there's bound to something on the guide...:o)

A Man and His Music
1. You need videos, so rip some DVD's in a format you like.
2. You need a dual output video card. Both monitors need to be plug into the machine, before you boot up. Set the second monitor to extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor.
3. Config>video>video output>tv output>select the pulldown and you should see your videocard, select it and then select activate.
4. Load a video into a player and play. Let us know if any of this did not work. We will help you out.

I have purchased the new DJ Console MK2 I love it but I cant load some of the videos I have on my hard drive, it seems to make a bad sound or like a ambient loud cackle and no video or music just noise also when I try to run Karaoke it just plays music and no lyrics on the video side is this a problem or will the upgrade that you offer fix it?
