Topic: Which sound is better:HDC MK2 or BCD-2000?

Is there anyone has own both the Hercules dj console mk2 for pc and Behringer BCD-2000, makes a compraration between their sound ? Which is better? I guest the HDC will be better,because the codec chip is in it is better.

BCD-2000 isn't out yet so no one knows.
 
Well, judging by how the B-Control Deejay is designed I wouldnt waste your time waiting for it and buy the HDC Mk2.. I was going to wait and order the BCD-2000 myself and after they continuosly postponed release dates I decided it wasnt a product I wanted to waste my money on. I suppose the only design flaw with the B-Control would be how the Pitch/Volume Faders are so close to the jog wheels, also the jog wheels are flat and dont clear the faders at all like the HDC does. Besides, the the BCD-2000 has many programable knobs, buttons and faders which is a plus, it would be a great MIDI controller. Also the Spec sheet on the Behringer site says that the B-Control Deejay uses USB 1.1 (Full Speed) rather than 2.0 (High Speed) which means latency issues.. I dunno.. Guess its a wait n see.. Im happy with my HDC Mk2 it works great..
 
Maybe they last to release the BCD2000 to end it OK.

Hope soon we can buy this productand start to have users feedback to know if it really does what it seems it can do.
 
Where is BCD-200? Not in a shop... and for this reason I bought a DJ Console MK2, so good.
 

BCD-2000 is late for a year now. They say a year ago that it come out 1st quarter of 2005 and look where are we now... It's a pity.
 
I contacted behringer today, and got a fast response.
There are only few prototypes available for the expo's. And no more info is available than on web.
Whole e-mail is in my blog. At least I appreciate that they responded.

I hope so too. I don't care if the price is raised or so but they should know why they don't have any BCD2000.

Time to start own business and build our controller :-) LOL
