These drivers have been nothing but trouble for my system here. Steer clear of them for now. The 91.47 have no issues for me.

Well, that version is beta, official is 91.47 so use them, I never use any Beta (but will VDJ :)) ).

I thought nVidia released a new finished version of the driver when I saw the title of this thread. 91.47 is the official latst version of of today.
Report the problems to nVidia with bug reports to help them and in turn help us like you helped be warning against using these drivers.
