I can't speak for Pern, but from what he has done so far it is very possible. Is there a reason for the rush?

Not really a rush. I'm just putting together a second system for a Saturday show because I have 2 shows back to back and am going to have a roady helping me set up & break down. I just want to have time to practice on the new system before Saturday, so if I can use 4.1 & the DAC 2, I'd prefer to. Otherwise, will practice with 4.0 & and the DAC 2.
With 2-5 shows/week, it's nice to know the tools you work with:)
I think this would be a nice place to point out how much I really LOVE VDJ 4.1! This one piece of software let's me make so much more cash than I ever did before! I'm now selling photo slide shows, video shows, big karaoke shows...all with one box! I never did any of that stuff before. It's so cool to be able to do it, while carrying LESS gear, and not doing anything different DJ wise!

I assure you Pern has been very busy of late, both with the DMC1 version (Works on dac2, just no video functions) and The DAC2 version, with video support. I can't speak for pern either, but it's looking very good.

Well I can speak for Pern. First off everyone should thank him for working so hard on a mapper to help us all out. I actually have a beta version of it and its very close to being done. I asked him to add a few more things to it to make it better so that will take a little more time. He was very strong in saying this is the first version, meaning that once he gets feedback, things can be changed or added or tweeked. So take it easy on him when asking :)

Pern, thank you but don't forget to sleep, and eat/drink something from time to time.
Not sure about you, but when I addict to somethink, I can't get away from work... as yesterday I was wondering at work "it's 10PM, nobody around (the left at 4 PM).
But I was debugging some software so had no idea about time.... All shops closed, empty fridge, so I had to be hungry ....
Hope it's not your case, just be warned :-)
But back to topic: Nice to have people that pushes VDJ limits further....
