I very recently purchased the MK2, which included VirtualDJ 3.x. I see on your website that your current version is 4.x.
I have several questions about this...
1) Does 4.x fully support the Hercules MK2
2) What are the feature differences (major differences)
3) Can I upgrade for free? If I download and install the 4.x version, will the license key from 3.x work?
4) If I can't upgrade for free, what is the cost to upgrade from 3.x to 4.x?
5) What is your upgrade policy - are there costs assocated with major version changes (ie 3.x to 4.x, 4.x to 5.x...)?
6) How often do you publish point releases (x.1, x.2)?
7) How often do you publish major upgrades (1.x, 2.x)?
I know this is a lot of questions, I hope you have time to answer....
Thank you,
