yo dude check on options on the remote control tab , that the mk2 is enabled
if it is still playing up install the 2006 xp drivers
do not use the 2007 drivers for vista it has a slight preview bug

Trying to get the mk2 hooked up w/ my Numark DXM09 miixer
- 2 channel (deck left & right)
- 1 channel for samples output
