Now Numark are encouraging DJ's to leave their laptops at home, in their words, almost ironic.
 
There is now way djs will leave laptops home unless something very impressive comes out, not like this unit. Many of us like to look at a bigger screen to see all the music at once.
 
Its not intended for software djs or digital turntabilists it makes a good backup unit or is pefect for bar installs.

I remember the same said about the D2 then many thousands of units where sold.

Many do not like to use a computer but are happy with a mass storage unit.
