This is strange....
Since I upgraded to 5.2, my Hercules MK2 controller's volume sliders now also controll the opacity of the output video. So I have to have the Herc volume on full to get a clear picture, and the picture gradually fades to black as I fade the volume slider down to zero...
The Hercules has the 2008 3.8 drivers, with Firmware 1.3.6.13.
Any ideas?

Hi, yep, it's a feature of the software!
If you want to turn it off, just go to config, video tab and un-check the box that says "fade to black on volume sliders" (or something like that.
Prehaps it didn't used to be default VDJ but now somebody decided to change it so it was in the new version.
