i am running vdj 5.0 on a dell laptop,2 numark icdx cd players i hook them up on hid mode, i use a numark dj io soundcard.my problem is when im playing music i keep getting skipping or stuttering when im loading a track on the opposite deck? this is very annoying espically when playing in front of an audience.please help

Audio or video?
Whats your CPU utilisation whilst loading a track?
What ASIO latency is your DJ IO control panel set to?
What do you have set on the sound setup and performance tabs in VDJ?

its a dell 1525 with 3 gigs of ram..ihe soundcard is set to 23m's master tempo fast,safe mode off

Had the same problem until I disabled McAfee and WIFI. Download DPC latency checker. It helped me alot. No issues at all. It may help to create a separate hardware profile to use for just VDJ.
