My journey as a DJ started during the pandemic lockdown in 2020/21 in virtual worlds. I am not a real life or a professional DJ. However, I am a semi-pro musician (piano and keys) in real life. I do online radio broadcasts and live DJ performances in clubs/events in the IMVU and VRChat 3D virtual universes. I try to incorporate both types of DJ styles, first as an online rock radio station DJ interacting with my audience on the mic, and the second being standard mix-style EDM. Equipment/Setup: I use Virtual DJ Pro and RME TotalMixFX for software, a Roland DJ-202 hardware controller, and an RME Babyface Pro audio interface. I have 24x7 around-the-clock music (live recorded sets) playing at my radio station server at https://www.starseedradio.com .
