My name is Duane and I was born 3/29/1968 in annapolis maryland.
I became a bedroom DJ in the mid 80's after I went to a night club and heard this loud heavenly sound "Dance Music" it made the hairs on my arms stand up and I couldn't get it out of my head. I befriended a DJ named John Simmons and he showed me the basics of how to mix music that was when I started banging beats and I mean banging we all remember our first time mixing music. I got better and the mixes became smooth transitions. I started being a mobile DJ but my heart was in the club so I would do guest spots or fill ins at the clubs and play pride events but that only paid for my music and in 95 I had to grow up and get a job to pay the bills and that put the mixing on hold although... I am currently in Italy and have the opportunity to be a DJ again and I intend to take that opportunity. With Virtual Dj and mp3's it makes it alot easier to buy music and transport it around and it gives me a chance to show the world what I can do.
I play house, progressive, dance, disco, electronic, NRG, trance, what ever sounds good and makes you dance.
