Hi,
I'm a new user, and one thing I picked up right from the bat (or couldn't find in the program) is when you scan for BPM, there should be a scan for changes: When July and the rest of the year come in, it would be helpful to have Virtual DJ scan for changes and a calculate the BMP automatically so it will go into the DB

You have a couple of options available to you... with filter folders http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/FilterExamples.html
isscanned=0 (tracks in the database that are yet to be scanned for key and bpm)
firstseen> 1104300000 and firstseen <1105312359 (tracks added from 30 April 2011 to 31 May 2011 "it's YYMMDDHHMM"
filepath start with "c://mymusic/promo_only" (wherever you keep the files if they are all in the same folder)
comment contains "promo only" (this one is pretty easy to understand...)
Of course you can combine any of these using the operators "&", "and"
isscanned=0 and filepath start with "c://mymusic/promo_only (this will only bring up the tracks from a specific folder that have not been scanned)
There are many more possibilities just check the link for ideas
