Topic: Please help with DVD ripping

Please help me find the best program to rip DVD Video. I have Nero, but the low setting looks pixelated and the high setting crashs Virtual DJ. So what setting should the rip be? Does anyone know how to rip chapters? I can rip the power sets off promo, but not as tracks. Any help on a program and information on how you do it would be helpful. Thanks a lot.
