Hi, I was just mixing with VDJ, when all of a sudden, I heard a "pop" and I lost all sound. I closed VDJ and re-started my computer. To my dismay, I cannot hear anything. When I play a track, I see my pfl meter working on my mixer, but no sound. What should I do? What do I check for? What do you guys think may have happened?

Do you have noise coming from other applications?
Check your soundcard with other apps to make sure it's VDJ or the soundcard dieing

No, I have no sound coming from other applications. I have posted a thread earlier and there was no response to it. Before this happened, I could not hear any sound when I opened Windows Media Player or any online videos such as youtube. Now, I have no sound at all from anything.

I would suspect the audio device.

Thanks DJ Marcel_1. I tried using VDJ one more time and still no luck. I re-started my computer and tried VDJ and BAM, were in business!!! I did not reset anything in control panel or anything. I have no clue what the heck is going on here. One minute it's not working and the next it is. So, I'm thinking that this is working WMP has to be working as well. No such luck. It is not working along with YouTube and other internet video players. I hear no sound. I only hear sound when I am mixing on VDJ. Can someone please help?
