I would think a customs thing - having always delays like this and multiple scans when waiting for parcels from the states.

Our customs in NL does that in one day :)

Just plugged in one phono player and took my brand new vdj8 vinyl to tryout.
Did exactly what the manual says and this is what I get :
"sorry, we don't know this time code" :(

What am I doing wrong?
Tried a- and b- side. 33 and 45 rpm...

Solved!

I took a music vinyl to test the audio signal. The audio was very distorted.
Then I saw on the back of my phono player the switch was set to line signal..

Now my phono player acts like a phono player and it works perfect!

I HAVE 1 SIMPLE QUESTION and 1 maybe not so simple ?
For those using vdj Vinyl what frequency is the timecode, does anyone know.
Most Importantly how well does it respond vs serato discs -- thanks

First time I could set the whole thing up with the new VDJ vinyl :)

I'm not a professional turntablist that can do scratching, but just wanted to share my spinning vdj vinyl with you guy's.

Now I need the dicers on my turntables and than I have 4 awesome decks

you did'nt touch the records once? lol.I would be making love to those.but seriously,I think turntables are good enough, and must be in the middle, close to the mixer, and not a huge pioneer in the middle.try that and you will bet motivated to do some things on the tcv's...

LOL, Yes I did.. Only one :)
That's because one turntable (the one on the beginning) is very old and isn't strong enough (belt driven), so scratching or playing with the vinyl is not an option at the moment.

I agree that the large SZ in the middle is not comfortable to use with turntables on the sides, but hey... I like the eye candy as well ;)
