Hello,

I just got a new Hercules Control MP3 DJ set from a old friend and I received Virtual DJ 3.14 (DJ Console) with it. I also have Virtual DJ Pro on this computer and I am willingly to use it over the one that came with the box but I haven't been able to control anything. Is Virtual DJ Pro compatible with the Hercules DJ Control MP3 or Do i need to configure the program? This will also remove the problems I am getting from the Virtual DJ 3.14 such as being very slow and not being capable of using the info for the songs from Itunes. So Is it possible and how is it possible to get Virtual DJ Pro working with my new Hercules Control MP3 DJ set?

Hi welcome and thanks for registering ur DJC serial;)

Go to the remote tab and activate the herc icon. U need to have a soundcard as the herc DJ control MP3 did not have one. It is just a controller;)

Also pls do remember to enter ur PRO serial number n updates to the recent version.

I apologize that I haven't been able to register my Virtual DJ Pro Serial to my account due to the fact that I am still looking for it through my massive mess of a desk.
The method you just described...I tried already since it was a very logic idea but that did nothing. I activated both General Midi & the Hercules Device. The general Midi though is highlighted around with green while the Hercules device is highlighted with red...may that be the case?
Or is there any other possible solutions to this problem?

I will continue to look for the serial unless there is a possible way of finding it on the installed program,

May this maybe include mapping the midi controller myself or of something of that sort?

Hi the device must be highlighted in green;)

U can sent ticket to support to retrieve ur Pro serial number. Tell them the email that u purchased it with n they will assist u;)

if you're using the newest version of VDJ PRO you need to download the latest drivers from hercules.

when i click to get new driver it says page can not be displayed
