So tell us about:

- computer configuration
- TCCD or TCV setup (cd-player / turntable, cartridges)
- version of VDJ / VV
- sound card and sound card settings (maybe drivers too)
- VDJ / VV settings
- audio or video or both
- if video, add graphic card info

Did i forget anything? :)

damn, i´m gonna get burned cause i have no license..... but anyways, these are OUR settings (my partner owns vdj)

- Desktop pc, Win Xp, duo core 2.6Ghz, 2gb ram, AsusP5B, geforce 7600gs pci express graphic card
- Timecode Vinyl, Numark tt1625, numark cx1 catridge (tony touch edition)
- Virtual DJ 5.1
- Behringer BCD 3000, actual drivers, set as soundcard, channel1 left deck, channel2 right deck
- Vestax VMC-002xxl mixer (goes to line in of cpu)
- Korg Nanopad
- both video and audio flawless turntablism ;)

- VV box... not so stable in config tho...

Hello @ all

Here my perfect Setup:

I work with the new Macbook Pro 15" 2,53Ghz, 4gb Ram and 2 Nvidea Graphicchips.

My Soundcard is: Hammerfall RME Rpm.
Needles: Ortofon Q Bert. I mean this are the best for Timecode.
Technics 1210 Mk II
Timecode Vinyl: Original VDJ Vinyl.

I use VDJ in Best Performence and with Timecode V4.

When u have a question, u can ask :-)

Edit: With VDJ Pro 5.2.1, I have NO crashes :-)
Oh and i use on my Macbook Pro, Bootcamp with XP Pro.

- TCV from VDJ, Numark TTX, Ortofon Concorde Pro, Ecler Nuo 4
- VDJ 5.2.1
- Maya 44 usb, newest drivers
- VDJ settings default, TC v4
- audio only


setup 2:

- Apple mac book (not the new one), core 2 duo, 2GB ram, Mac OSX Leopard
- TCCD from Numark VV, Pioneer 1000 MK3, Ecler Evo 5
- VDJ 5.2.1
- Numark Virtual Vinyl sound card, newest drivers
- VDJ settings default, TC v5
- audio only (video in future)


Both setups works perfect.
