Can virtual dj handle 2 USB controllers at once, such as the numark icdx and the bcd3000

Yes, certain combinations of controllers can be used together (Two controllers that use MIDI cannot in native mode, but they can with the general MIDI mapper.)
An iCDX and BCD3000 should work OK together because BCD3000 is MIDI and the Numark iCDX is USB HID.
