What does it mean when i use the fader on the default turn tables program and i hear cracking? i don't use any other fader other then what the program came with. And i also hear cracking noise when i fade up or down a song and when i have to use the gain. What does it mean do i have to upgrade sound card. Has anyone run into this and close to this, it sucks cause i can hear it when i record a song or a mix dammmm.

Its because the audio buffer stream gets interrupted most likely.
To remove crackles on a system, you need to make higher latency at your soundcard settings, or at VDJ performance tab.
Try this :
- AUTO for latency in VDJ performance tab.
If it still crackles try, two choices on and off, to see what works best on your sytem:
- Safemode (on and off)
- Overclock (on and off)
All in VDJ performance tab...
