Topic: Hercules RMX Sound Quality Problems WIth Vista

Am trying to run Virtual DJ 5.2.1 with Hercules RMX, but the sound quality is awful, loads of crackling etc. Have tried updating drivers etc. WOuld be greatful for any advice. Hercules Customer support don't seem to know there arse from there elbow.

Means latency is set too low on your Vista system.

In VDJ performance tab, set latency to Auto...
That should help.

If not, try with overclock on & off (see what works best)

And if all fails, turn safe mode on

(all in performance tab)
