I have tried several times to email VESTAX but with no answer .
This company sucks.
Thats all i have to say.
If you buy a product and there is no support - this sucks !
At least can anyone give me a phone number to call them directly ???
Even the phones they have onsite, dont work !!!!!!!!

The problem is not in the specific country.
What jim is saying, is that we cannot communincate
with VESTAX .
Can anyone help us here ?

Mr cioce, thanks for the links.The first link is good
and i will start contacting vestax... we need to see
what going on with their controller.
About the second link, i have dialed both phones but
cannot reach them.
