Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

As the topic says... The problem is when i am playing unexpectedly the sound is gone I see on the scren that the turntables stop, It is when the sound cuts but after a second or so the turntables start running again but there is no sound... Other problem is that lights, faders and everything of the Total Control seem to be fine but when i push the play button it does not respond also but I can see on the screen when i am pushing it but is not responding... Sometimes the sound is not that clear as other times until I restart the program couple times, "Load" lights of Total Control do not always turn on or if so when i am browsing the music they are on but as soon as i get into an Itunes playlist they turn off... Last Thing;Don't matter i already have the Total Control remote activated on "Remote" it doesn't turn on when I open VDJ program, Well hope you guys can help me find out what is wrong with VDJ...

I got the Numark Total Control, Dj IO & Macbook Pro, 2.53GHz Intel Core Duo con 4 Gb 1067MHz DDR3 y 320 Gb HD...

Assuming you keep your Mac up-to-date you will be running 10.5.6.

There are known issues with the DJ|IO in 10.5.6 - have you downloaded the updated driver?

This may help.

Thanks!!! they have a new driver and it did really work I meant I just downloaded the newest version, well at soon as I get the program running it works just fine, The only thing is that everytime I start VDJ i need to set up the sound card to 4 Out Card then driver 1 to Numark USB Otherwise it doesn't let me play, Don't know why everytime i close VDJ, setuo changes...

Might have something to do with "permission issues on your Mac"

Just check in the "More Info" screen that the VirtualDJ folder within Documents has both "Read & Write" permissions.
If it only has read then that is the reason wht it isn't saving your settings.

My boyfriend has a Total Contral, Djio and Cue and always used them perfectly on his computer. Last week he bought a Macbook Pro and he can't use all these stuffs anymore. We need help.
First of all, we didn't find a TRIAL version of Cue for MAC, so he decided to install Windows 7 on Macbook and use the TRIAL version he already have.
We made it. Cue is working perfectly on Macbook, Djio and headphone work perfectly but, when he plugs the total control, it doesn't work.
We can see that total control is connected to Macbook, he appears there, but it doesn't work.
Probably the config is not correct.

Someone can help us please???

Sorry for my English, I'm brazilian.

Thanks eveyone!
