Hi all,


Just brought 2 24inch LCD screens and a projector for my gigs.

I love playing videos and grapichs on there, how ever is there better programs out there that runs graphics by themselfs without Virtual Dj running that give the same results as "Sonique" .

All the major night clubs have some really good effects and graphics, anyone know what they use.

Any suggestions would be great

think you need to put the power of the clipbank to better use... if you need any advice or suggestions just ask, if your stuck for adverts to promote yourself or a venue you work at let me know and i'll see what i can come with for you, there made for free for vdj users so no pain there... lol
 
give you an idea what you could be putting on the screens with clipbank, i made this for guess who (lol) a couple of weeks back and he still hasn't but the beers on the bar, probably did, but drunk them himself i bet... lol

Personaly I have been using an app called Grand VJ for my visualisations using VDJ/Cue as my audio source.

The software will generate visuals automaticaly based on your audio input or you can make your own live ambient mix.

You can learn a bit more about it here, http://www.numark.com/grandvj

Its made by Arkaos as a solution for DJS and VJS using technology which was previously only available to clubs/venus with a high budget.

I have also found the built in plugin for Sonquie in VDJ to be great.

It really depends on what you are looking for from a system.

@simon, checked it out and absolutely love it, i take it it's a stand alone but is there anyway it can be incorporated into vdj or am i just dreaming,

or how do you set it up so you can run vdj music videos, then switch over to arkaos when audio only, i'm probably missing the obvious here

i was going to make the same type of vids for clipbank but seeing this i don't think i will bother... all ready done. lol
 
damn, simons left the building... lol, looks like i'm gonna have to start reading the destructions then.... lol
