Will the Numark Stealth work with CUE / VDJ on Mac and PC? I am assuming it is the same as Total Control (as it looks just like it only metal and more solid) I am assuming I can MAP it as a MIDI device.

Yes it will work with Virtual DJ or Cue.
A midi mapping is available in the tools section of the download page.
