I have a RMX and Virtual DJ.
When I press play, on some songs, if doesnt start when i want it to.
Its not latency, it either jumps forward or jumps back?
Anyone else had the same problem?

Possible link to Sync button? Try re-mapping your cue-play button.
It sounds like its trying to match the beats according to the beat grid...

Its nothing to do with smart beat.
And how do you remap a RMX?
its really starting to piss me off, because its jumping and its giving me a shit begining to songs, so its not a clean mix.

You are using the Limited Edition ... you can not re-map the controller ...
The problem is that Smart Play is enabled. On the skin by the play buttons is there a green colored dot ? Click on it so it's not green.
