Topic: question about ticket times

I was wondering, how long does it usually take to get a ticket answered? I filed one at 4:43 AM (USA-Eastern time) and it is still listed as "new ticket". I was just curious as to how long the average wait time was to get one answered. Thanks in advance.

if you are reporting an error, or a software malfunction the techies will have to find a way to recreate that error, it may take 5 minutes or it might take 3 weeks. Be patient, this is not Macdonald's drive thru, but be sure they will look into your inquiry.
 

LOL@ Micky D's drive through comment. Yeah, I didn't think I was being ignored or anything, lol. I was just curious on what the average wait time was. I realize they have to recreate the problem (which my problem is probably the strangest, I can never have something go wrong the easy way). Its just stressful trying to get used to the program and controller and knowing that I now have 2 gigs this weekend as opposed to just the one for my friend's family member. I don't want to sound like an impatient whiny ass, lol, I just want something to go right for me for once, lol.
