so im at work today and ive just collected a shit load of fittness equipment from one of the stores, so back at the yard and im unloading the stuff from the van....i grab the strap on this F****ng huge treadmill that weighs like 200kg and pulls it so i can drag it off the van... WELL, the strap snaps and i go shooting out the back of the van. i landed on my ass on the sill of the rear doors, the corner of the sill to be precise bounced of that and lander kinda upside down on my shoulders with my legs kinds still in the van. well now its like 2 hours later and MY BUTT CHEEK HURTS like hell.

it hurts so much i can hardly sit down and i just had to tell someone because it really is a pain in the ass.

i wish i did have one it was easily one of those candid camera moments, i could have made 50 quid by sending it to one of those home video shows.

man it feels lik i been kicked in the ass by a horse
 
Real weird same thing happened out the back of my van last winter, but jumped outa the way in time.
You shouldn't need an enema for a while. hehe.
 
man i have yet to take my pants off and have a look, im expecting a black cheek, or a purple one or some s**t. i just cant believe how much it hurts. to top it off to i smacked myself in the nuts with a parcel not long after. kinda squished it against my leg. not been my day today really.
 
 
wow mine kinda looks a bit like that, but just not as dark yet. it is looking rather bluey/black though and it has a lot more hair, it still hurts too..

thanks so much daz, i promise not to sit on the needles. or anything else for that matter...actually my chair is a daily necessity for me to sit on...

im dreading waking up in the morning and having to move my ass out of bed. you guys know how it is with a new injury and waking up the next day. :( that hurts man.
