i have the proffesional edition... and i want to register it in here... but i cant find my serial anymore!!!

They will verify your purchase information and give you your old serial back if all the information matches. I'd update your profile with the serial so that everyone sees that you have the professional version and give you a break from all the heat.

Just send the e-service request and they will inform you of the information they need to verify your account.

There is no package that can be bought in any store, and be given as a birthdaygift...sorry
 
Well giving the benefit of the doubt maybe someone in his family purchased it on this website and gave him the exe file to install. if he lost the serial then it would be up to the purchaser to make the contact, am I right?

By the way, if it's really a gift, you must have your serial number to install it and we have asked for it in your e-service folder.

Now provide this serial (in the e-service folder) and stop kidding us or you will be banned.
