So my Hercules RMX arrived today... about to open it when I get home from work.
I've been reading it and Virtual DJ have been having issues with Mac OSX10.5.7?
Am I going to be having trouble tonight, or has this been patched up?

When you get home, Registry it here (with the serial number on the CD sleeve) in the "Modify my profile" tab.
You will be able then to download the latest update for your version of VirtualDJ. Also download the latest Drivers for your RMX from here that cures the problem (I believe) with the Mac 10.5.7 OS

Although the latest version of VDJ is a good thing, what you need is the latest driver (v1.36) for the Rmx, which corrects the problem with OS X 10.5.7:
