First off my apologies if this thread is in the wrong forum or has been adressed i have used the search funciton but couldn't find my specific issues resolved.
My set up consists of
2 Stanton T.52x Vinyl Turntables
Numark M2 Mixer
Numark virtual vinyl external sound card
my mac book
The main issue is recording my practice mixes. Whenever i do so i get the master which records both chanels. I understand that i must use the "record out"/"Booth out" output from my mixer to record my finished product but my question is how do i record this using my virtual vinyl sound card. the pass 1, pass 2 input 1 input 2 are all wired to the turntables and mixers...is there any way i can record without being stuck with recording master? Did i just wire my set up incorrectly?
Thanks ahead of time for any help

I'm not familiar with your gear, but:
Even if your "Numark Virtual Vinyl" soundcard has no more line inputs left, your PC/Laptop should have a built-in soundcard with a line input. Connect the signal you get from your mixer there and then tell windows to record from that device...
The way you tell windows from where to record differs from XP to Vista, but generally you should be able to tweak it by the "sound" options on the control panel.
