Hello All,
I just got a macbook pro and Presonus firebox. I am trying to set it up in VDJ 5.21 (no timecode, just external mixer and denon cd's), and I cannot get sound out of the left deck, only the right. I have the config as input- none, external mixer, 4-out soundcard. The only option output I have is left deck - chan1&2, right 3&4. Can anybody tell me how to set up? Thanks

When you setup as external mixer, VDJ sends the output of each decks according to the selection in the adjacent menu (in your case left deck - chan1&2, right 3&4), expecting that you will mix the two decks using your mixer's crossfader.
As such, you should have Ouput 1&2 of your soundcard connected to one strip of your mixer and Output 3&4 to another one.
