hi i got my copy of vdj6 pro last week and have found the forums to be very helpful. I have been a mobile jock for five years but all this virtual stuff is new to me i wish to know which desk top control is good and as i wish to go into club djing i have been told i need a soundcard as well....... can anyone help thanks

It all depends on what you want to be able to do.
Based on what you have said above, i would suggest the Hercules RMX. Lots of excellent reviews on this site. It has the advantage of a built in sound card, thus meaning you won't need a seperate one.

can agree with dan on that, does the job you pay for, would also suggest getting a simple back up soundcard for emergencys if you go the rmx route.

Have been using the RMX as well and have been very happy with it.
If you haven't already purchased one, I would recommend getting a good ground-loop isolated as well. Well worth the small investment! This gets rid of the hum you may find using a laptop-based DJ solution.

I have virtual dj 5.0 i maid a mix on it with splits.Wen i transfered it to nero 6.6 it have about a secound delay in the mix what am i doing wrong..

could be the settings on nero, you can adjust at the beginning before burning.
