I just connected my turntables to the new VDJ version 6.0.2, and I can´t understand what is going on?
Everytime I load a track and hit play it always begins around 1/4 way into the song I never had this problem before!
Anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it?
Im using the pro grade timecode with VDJ5 config

Which timcode vinyls are you using?
And have you selected the right ones in the drop down box.

Im using CD´s / VDJ V5 CD in the drop box , I adjusted the pitch sensibility and I got it start a bit better but it´s still doing the same thing.

I have had a few probs with version 6 using timecodes aswell.
I have solved most of it by disabling the pitch in the timcode config.
Downside is the pitch slider doesnt move within virtualdj software and it doesnt adjust the bpm either.
But that all does not bother me as i wanted my timecode to react like normal turntables and by disabling the pitch and putting it in absolute mode is just how i want them to work.
There has been a couple of posts on here about people not liking the new timecode engine or having problems with it and they have gone back to version 5.2.1.
You could also try this and see if the problems persist.
I would first try and disable the pitch completey and see how it reacts

Thanks for your help Rob , I tried what you said but it did nothing. I started to mess around with the pitch and lead time and it seems to have solved my problem.
Mainly after I increased the lead time , if it somehow starts again i´ll let you know. I need to restart it a few times and play it for some hours to see how it truly responds.

Did you notice what the time on the player was? This happens to me if I let the TCCD play for a while so if the time on your CDJ is @ 732 then the next song you load with start there? That is a lot like the needle drop feature for the Vinals..

As a Hercules MK2 user, I sugest you to update the drivers.
When installed the 6.0.2 version, the software didnt recognizes my console until I did it.
Maybe the new ASIO drivers are the answer to solve this issue.
