What you are describing is legal. The E.U.L.A. allows installing VDJ on up to two (2) computers.

I see, but I have a question.
What if I installed VDJ on 2 laptops, and I get a new laptop. Can I replace my new laptop with one of the two laptops, without trouble?
Or once I install VDJ on 2 laptops, I can only use those two laptops?
Thanks!

Have a look to the post from jpboggis.
If you have legal licence, is this the way to be save.
There is all you need ;-)
OLD:
Notebook A = VDJ1
Notebook B = VDJ2
New:
Notebook A = none (deinstalled)
Notebook B = VDJ2
Notebook C = VDJ1
And yes, you can use your licence only on your two Notebook's or PC's.
Not share your licence with friends or so.
See you
