I have been using the Denon DN HS5500s with Virtual DJ 6.0.2 and I want to know if there is a way for the 2nd deck to be able to scratch back? (Or do a backspin) When I pull the record back I can't hear it go back but on deck 1 I can.

It is most likely you have activated the SmartScratch.... make sure the Scratch switch on the right deck (next to the Effects knob) is not in the FWD position ... make sure it is in the back position for BOTH ... if it is already in the BOTH position ... flip it to FWD then back to BOTH ...

no it didn't do anything I have 2 dennon dn hs5500s and the left side dennon works fine but the right side dennon does not do backspins or scratch back when I pull the record back.
