Is there a way to map the subject option to a key stroke or button on a midi controller?

There are 2 different choices (crop) and (full). Depending on the video's format I would like to change between them to maximize my external LCD usage.

Any ideas would be great...thanks!!

They are intended to be set and left alone and not changed through out the set.

There should be a setting on your LCD screen with choices that will "maximize" the input source. On the ones at our club to get it to expand to the entire screen it is MENU>DISPLAY>EXPAND ALL, there is also one that will expand the vertical to max whikle keeping the horizontal proportion and one that keeps the vertical proportion when expanding the horizontal to max. Most LCD and plasma screens default to show whatever is input in its original state.

both off works best for me.
 
I believe the expand all will result in a grainier picture.
