Topic: mic not working with ns7

hi guys i just bought the ns7 and everything works but the mic so i thought it might have been the mic so tried another and same problem but when i start up itch it works. i have virtual dj 6.0.2 pro does anyone know how to fix this.

Currently MIC & Start, Stop Time functions are not supported.
You must wait for an update that this functions will be available.

Do you have sound issues if you have the patterns on, playing a song and search the database?

Or if you open a Directory in browser that have many mp3s?

I and many others have such issues!

Could you tell us on which system you have tested teh NS7?
Which Driver versions do you have?

Okay now I am pissed now it don't even work it crashes virtual dj WTF I tried everything by uninstalling both itch and virtual dj and still does it I am using windows vista the itch is 1.1 I belive can some please help I have a gig this Friday my other system is getting fixed
 
Hello.

Please do the following (!! All Settings and playlist will be lost !! but you could backup them):

* deinstall intch & vdj (control panel)
* Clean VDJ:

* VirtualDJ Folder under "C:\program files\VirtualDJ" & C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Documents\VirtualDJ
* open regedit and delete HKLM\Software\VirtualDJ and HKCU\Software\VirtualDJ

* reinstall vdj 6.02
* install itch 1.1 (http://www.serato.com/downloads/itch)
* install the newest NS7 driver v2.8.24 (http://www.numark.com/ns7)
* test itch if all works!
* if so, open VDJ 6.02 and follow this guide: http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/skyfxl/blogs/3794/SETTING_UP_YOUR_NS7_with_6_0_2.html

All should work, except MIC, START, STOP Knobs. Most of the users have sound issues when patterns are on.

Okay it worked but having sound problems when the platters are on it sounds like it's skipping
 
Yes, thats a common problem in 6.0.2. The team is working on an update.

The only solution is to deactivate it.

ok what i don't get is that how is it that dj larry on youtube for virtual dj can use the ns7 but we can't something isn't right.
 
That the thing i also DOESNT understand.

But we have to wait.

I'll hope a release that fix that anoying things will come soon...
