Topic: pc to mac database

guys i know this has been hit on lots of times but im transfered my music from my pc to mac and also copied xml database to my mac which i updated this week and on my windows gig machine its perfect my way but vdj on mac all songs back to before i updated database.is there something im missing or will a fresh download of vdj find my copied database if i move it to desktop on mac.going to start using my nac as a 2nd gig machine also so want it just like my gig machine

tried three new downloads and vdj on mac didnt incorporate my db.am i missing something referring to mac ie; do i need to change databases format or letter.have looked at previous threads so im not double posting but just cant get mac to see my db from windows gig machine copied db.guys just looking for simplest way to transfere db to my mac
 

Do you use external drives or just the internal on each machine?
 

i have my music on my internal drive on both and my karaoke on external but just looking to do my music database.basically just tryi ng to get music on mac to be edited like my pc dartabase.can you do the same with mapping xml.just really dont understand how hard this seems.i have my music on my external drive also if its easier that way along with a copy of xml file

All you have to get is an app that may allow you to write on the PC partition, NTFS, after that VD will see it and read/edit it just like in windows.
Works like a champ with me.
