Is it possible to run VDJ with video out through one video card and another program (visuals or video player) with video out through second video card in a single computer (desktop) at the same time?
Then it will be connected to the manual video input switcher and outputted to TV.

I'm not sure about the application that your speaking of. But in reference to your 2 video cards in one machine.....
Yes it is possible - I've seen it done before on a science teachers computer - he required 4 screens and had 2 cards in his compy.
