I've been using the version 5 which came with my console without any problems. I have just downloaded the new pro version and now I can't get the RMX console to work with the new software. I have to admit I'm not a computer whizz. I've trawled through the forum looking for an answer but still had no joy. If someone could give me some pointers it would be much apprieciated. And as the festive season is drawing near I need to get it sorted ASAP. Kind Regards Dave.

managed to get it all working apart from the ability to hear anything in the headphones to cue up the next track.

Have you got the headphones selected in the Sound config menu?
